We have reopened La Fondue effective March 1, 2015. We've tweaked a few things, added broth as a cooking option and reintroduced schnitzel to the menu. I have personally overseen the training of the wait staff. With 14 years of owning and operating La Fondue, I guarantee clueless will not be an adjective ever used for our staff.
